At Micheal Scollan Meat we offer the highest quality home produced beef and lamb from our own farm, with all of our beef dry aged for 28 days. We can offer full traceability and all animals are slaughtered in an EU approved abattoir with full traceability.
We are very passionate about our work and aim to please at all times. From meat lovers to picky eaters, we have something to suit all tastes. We offer a full range of home produced sausages and burgers and a variety of delicious chicken and pork dishes, together with a full range of barbecue specials throughout the summer months.
