At Stafford’s Butchers, we hand-rear our own Angus cattle on our farm in Killanne – a slice of heaven situated in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains in the County of Wexford. It is a place with stunning scenery and top quality grass. Indeed, we have been told that you can taste the difference in our tender beef and steak.
Stafford’s Butchers was founded by Brendan Stafford in 1971 who learned his trade on Dublin’s Moore Street before returning to his native Wexford where he established his business in Enniscorthy.
Brendan’s son Killian now runs the business, while Brendan looks after the farming continuing as always, to promote traditional breeds of cattle like Hereford and Angus.
We pride ourselves on producing top quality beef which we supply to all our customers. This level of quality is how we stand out from the crowd.
