Providing the best local produce to our customers daily.

We are a farm to fork 5th generation butcher shop selecting beef and lamb from family and local farms since 1906. We dry age our beef and lamb in our refrigeration chambers for 21-28 days. Our delicious pork sausages are award winning, and our white pudding and black pudding have been voted Best in Ireland 6 times between them.

Some of our specialities include a selection of ready to cook, ready to heat, ready to eat foods in sauce or marinated in foil trays. We offer a wide range of chicken, beef, turkey and prawn stir frys. We also carry a slimming range, a gym range and a BBQ range.

Catering is an additional service we offer: from cold buffets with salads and meat platters, to chicken curry and rice or chicken in white wine and sage with gratin potatoes.Try our pig on a spit or our trailblazer BBQ, which can do 500 burgers an hour. No party too big or small!
