We are based in Macroom Co. Cork and are Ireland’s First Guaranteed Irish Butcher. We have 2 other shops in Bantry & Bandon. We have our own Processing Unit seperate to the shops and specialise in Local Wagyu & Angus beef, Shandangan Lamb and Free Range West Cork Pork & Bacon.

Prime West Cork Wagyu & Angus Beef a Speciality
Our goal is to have a happy motivated team working with us with respect central to achieving that.
This enables us to put the customer first by having a good atmosphere in our shops.
We have about 50 Local farmers supplying us through our West Cork Wagyu Producers Group, Shandangan Lamb Producers Group, Local Angus Heifer, Free Range Pigs & Poultry, veg, etc..
Our aim is to strengthen these ties i.e. we are bringing in over 1000 Wagyu straws from Australia from a bull ranked in the top1% in the world to improve the quality of our Wagyu beef.
Our Lamb Supplier produces a heavier 24 – 25 kg lamb for us.
