Mark grew up and worked in the family business before he decided to open his own shop, Williams’ Butchers in 2014. The busy Abbeyleix shop is noted not only for its quality meat but also for terrific presentation and often quirky displays.
Mark is a 4th generation butcher and was part of the Irish team that won the world butchers challenge in 2018.
All of our beef, lamb and pork are locally sourced. We firmly believe that when you buy local you’re supporting your local community. We have won a number of awards for our steaks, burgers, sausages and our own dry cured bacon.
