Ingredients
- 500g Pork Steak Sliced
- 10 Mushrooms sliced
- 1 Onion Diced
- 2 Tabsp Beef stock
- 200ml Cream
- 200ml Water
- 2 Tabsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tabsp Chives chopped
- 240g Tagliatelle to Serve

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Slice the pork steaks evenly.
Step 3
Heat the oil and fry the pork steaks for 3 mins. Then add the onion & garlic.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and continue cooking.
Step 5
In a separate bowl mix the cream, stock, water and mustard and pour over the pork.
Step 6
Boil/Simmer until the meat is cooked (approx. 30 mins). Add the chopped chives at the end.
