Creamy Pork and Mushroom Tagliatelle

  • 500g Pork Steak Sliced
  • 10 Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2 Tabsp Beef stock
  • 200ml Cream
  • 200ml Water
  • 2 Tabsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tabsp Chives chopped
  • 240g Tagliatelle to Serve

Out do yourself! Perfect for a weeknight dinner, or impressive enough to serve to guests.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Dice the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Step 2

Slice the pork steaks evenly.

Step 3

Heat the oil and fry the pork steaks for 3 mins. Then add the onion & garlic.

Step 4

Add the mushrooms and continue cooking.

Step 5

In a separate bowl mix the cream, stock, water and mustard and pour over the pork.

Step 6

Boil/Simmer until the meat is cooked (approx. 30 mins). Add the chopped chives at the end.
